Naomi Korb Weiss

Founder and Principal

Naomi has always had a passion for strengthening organizations and elevating leaders to allow their missions to soar. Today, she partners with foundations and nonprofits to deepen their impact by advising on organizational strategy and effectiveness, and strengthening leadership and governance. Naomi has 20 years of experience in the social sector, most recently serving as Associate Director at TCC Group, a national social sector consulting firm. Naomi led client engagements and drove portfolio growth for the Nonprofit Effectiveness team in her six years at TCC.

Before joining TCC, she was CEO of the PresenTense Group – an international nonprofit focused on training and mentoring social entrepreneurs – where she led the organization through a period of strategic growth over five years, expanding its reach into new markets and new products to meet evolving demand. Previously Naomi worked in experiential education, managing training and leadership development at the Foundation for Jewish Camp and JEXNET, and serving as Special Assistant to the President at Hillel’s International Center.

Naomi earned her MBA in Strategy and MPA in Nonprofit Management from NYU’s Stern School of Business and Wagner School of Public Service, where she was a Wexner Graduate Fellow. Naomi also holds a B.S. in Marketing and Rhetoric from the University of Maryland. She is a graduate of Babson College’s Symposium on Entrepreneurship Education and of Advanced Education’s Transformational Leadership Program. Naomi sits on the board of the Jewish Fertility Foundation and M²: The Institute for Experiential Jewish Education. 

Bonnie Lee

Operations Manager

With two decades of working with impact-driven companies and purpose-driven leaders, Bonnie Lee’s expertise spans operations, business strategy, and project management. Bonnie Lee serves as a strategic thought partner and business operations manager, helping leaders navigate the intricate complexities of their operational infrastructure and strengthening their foundational mission for long-term success.

Her background has always had a focus on nurturing and caring deeply for her community. She attended Everglades University where she studied Alternative Medicine, Northern Virginia Community College where she received her National Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant.

NKW Strategies partners with nonprofits and foundations of all shapes and sizes on a variety of projects, often drawing from Naomi’s deep network to bring on affiliates with relevant skills and capacities to strengthen the client experience.
