Building organizational capacity can involve assessment, determining organizational priorities, building priority plans, restructuring organizational design, and strengthening individual areas of capacity such as leadership and staffing, training and development, operations, marketing, fundraising, and more.

We design programs and initiatives to further your mission and leverage your strengths, or evolve your existing programs as needed. We have significant experience designing and facilitating cohorts, as well as engaging in curriculum development and designing train the trainer models.
